American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Renewal - In Person

YOU MUST HAVE A VALID, NON-EXPIRED, PALS PROVIDER CARD TO ATTEND THIS RENEWAL CLASS.

PALS is geared towards healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children and for personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years.

The PALS Provider Course aims to improve outcomes for pediatric patients by preparing healthcare providers to effectively recognize and intervene in patients with respiratory emergencies, shock, and cardiopulmonary arrest by using high‐performance team dynamics and high‐quality individual skills. The course includes a series of case scenario practices with simulations that reinforce important concepts.

About This Event

This is a PALS renewal class being held in person. You must have a valid, non-expired American Heart Association PALS Provider card to attend this course.

Upon registering, you will be sent the pre-course assignments. COMPLETION OF THE PRE-COURSE ASSIGNMENTS IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS CLASS.

You must bring a copy of BOTH the PALS Pre-course Completion Certificate & pre-course score report with you to class. Failure to bring all of the required pre-course work to class will result in you being unable to attend the class with no refund issued..
